TERMS OF SERVICE

1. SCOPE OF SERVICES & CLIENT CONSENT

These Terms govern your engagement with all services provided by Awaken With Niusha, including 1:1 quantum healing sessions and coachings. Awaken With Niusha reserves the right to suspend or terminate Services for any Client who violates the ethics and standards or acts in a way that compromises the safety of the service provider.

2. PRIVACY & CONFIDENTIALITY

Trust is the foundation of our work. To create a safe container for healing, both the Client and the service provider agree to strict confidentiality standards.

• Confidential Information: includes any materials, methodologies, audio/visual recordings, and proprietary knowledge shared by Awaken With Niusha, as well as personal disclosures made in any session settings.
• Company Data: You acknowledge that materials provided to you (worksheets, audios, methods) are the proprietary Confidential Information of Awaken With Niusha and may not be shared, sold, or distributed.

3. SCHEDULING & CANCELLATION POLICY

• All payments are final and non-refundable, as energetic preparation and work commence upon booking. Rescheduling, if offered, is at the sole discretion of the service provider and subject to availability
• Lateness: We value your time and ours. If you are more than 15 minutes late to a scheduled session, it will be considered a "No-Show." The session will be forfeited, considered completed, and no refund will be issued.

Absence of such notice constitutes consent.

4. FINANCIAL TERMS

Current pricing for sessions is listed on the Website and is subject to change. Awaken With Niusha utilizes secure third-party processors (such as Stripe) to handle transactions. The Company is not liable for errors or security breaches originating from these third-party banking platforms.

5. HEALTH DISCLAIMER & MANDATORY REPORTING

Awaken With Niusha provides energetic and spiritual support, not medical, psychiatric, or psychological treatment. We do not diagnose or treat medical conditions.

Confidentiality Limits: While we hold your information in confidence, we are legally or ethically required to break confidentiality if: (a) there is an imminent risk of harm to yourself or others; (b) there is suspicion of abuse regarding a child or vulnerable adult; or (c) we are compelled by a court order.

6. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITY (NO GUARANTEES)

Healing is a co-creative process. While many clients experience profound shifts, Awaken With Niusha makes no guarantees regarding specific outcomes. You acknowledge that your results depend on your own personal integration and effort. Recommendations (exercises, homework) are suggestions for your benefit, but you are the sole decision-maker for your life, business, and health.

7. INDEMNITY

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold Awaken With Niusha harmless against any claims, legal costs, or damages resulting from your own negligence, reckless behavior, or breach of these Terms.

8. LIABILITY & WAIVER

• Physical/Energetic Waiver: By participating, you consent to the nature of the work, which may include energetic activation, guided meditation, and occasional physical contact (if in person). You voluntarily assume the risks involved and release Awaken With Niusha from liability for any injury or distress arising from these activities.
